Vita at Grove Isle has officially been delivered, marking the completion of one of Coconut Grove’s most exclusive new residential offerings. Developed by CMC Group under the leadership of Ugo Colombo, the seven-story boutique condominium is comprised of 65 luxury residences on Grove Isle in Coconut Grove. Following the issuance of its temporary certficiate of occupancy (TCO), closings have commenced as residents prepare to move in.

Sales launched in 2023 and attracted a predominantly domestic buyer pool, including many local homeowners transitioning from single family homes into a more private condominium lifestyle, without having to sacrifice living space. With immediate occupancy and limited remaining inventory priced from approximately $6.5M, Vita stands out as the only new luxury condominium delivered in Coconut Grove this year.

The project joins Colombo and CMC’s Miami development portfolio, which includes Bristol Tower, Santa Maria, Brickell Flatiron, and the upcoming Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove.
